Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Every Avagyans piece is dispatched directly from our Yerevan atelier by DHL Express, fully insured for its declared value. Delivery is typically two to five business days once your piece leaves the bench, depending on the destination. A signature is required on delivery for any order above one thousand dollars.

How much does delivery cost?

Accepted Answer

Delivery is complimentary and fully insured on every order. For the United States and the European Union we ship on a delivered-duty-paid basis, so any applicable duties and import taxes are included in the price you see at checkout — nothing further is owed on arrival.

Can I track my order?

Yes. As soon as your piece is dispatched, we email you a DHL tracking number and a link to follow it. You can also view tracking details from your order history when you have an account.

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

Ready-made pieces may be returned within thirty days of delivery for a full refund — no fee — in their original, unworn condition with all documentation. This is the Avagyans Standard. Custom and engraved pieces cannot be returned, as each is made to your exact specification, but they remain covered for the life of the piece by our warranty against manufacturing defects. Where European Union law applies, your fourteen-day statutory right to cancel is preserved in addition.

How do I begin a return?

Write to our client-care team with your order number, and we will send a pre-paid, insured DHL return label with instructions for packing your piece securely. Once we receive and inspect it, your refund is issued to the original payment method within five business days.

Can I exchange a piece for a different size or design?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Within the thirty-day window, arrange a return as above and place a new order for the piece you would prefer, so the new piece is prepared and inspected to our usual standard. If it is only a matter of fit, most rings can also be resized for the life of the piece — see below.

What gold do you work in?

Our pieces are made primarily in eighteen-karat (750) and fourteen-karat (585) gold. Every gold piece is assayed and hallmarked by the Armenian state assay office — an independent record of its purity, struck into the metal itself.

Are your gemstones certified?

All gemstones are selected to our own exacting quality requirements. On select pieces, we offer certified-stone upgrades, supplied with independent documentation, upon request.

Question 9

How should I care for my jewelry?

Accepted Answer

Remove your jewelry before swimming, exercising, or applying lotions and perfume, and store each piece separately. At home, a soft cloth is enough. Beyond that, bring any piece back to the atelier and we will clean and re-finish it by hand, gently and only when it is needed — for the life of the piece, with our compliments.

How do I find my ring size?

We provide a printable ring-sizing guide on our website, with measuring instructions for the most accurate result. If you are between sizes or unsure, a Heritage Advisor will guide you — and because most rings can be resized for the life of the piece, a small adjustment later is always possible.

Do you make bespoke pieces?

Yes. Commissioned work is at the heart of our atelier. Share what you have in mind and we will design and make it at our bench in Yerevan. A bespoke piece is typically ready within two to three weeks, door to door; we confirm the timing with you before any work begins.

Question 12

Can a piece be resized after purchase?

Accepted Answer

Yes — most rings can be resized for the life of the piece, at no charge, on designs the construction allows. Some designs — eternity bands, tension settings, certain signet rings — cannot be resized, or only within limits; we will advise you of this at the time of purchase. Resizing is carried out at our Yerevan atelier.
