Every Avagyans piece is made to be worn for a lifetime, and to be looked after for one. These four commitments stand behind each piece we make.

The four commitments
Lifetime resizing
We resize your piece for life, on designs that can be resized. Some designs cannot be resized, or only within limits — we tell you which at the time of purchase.
Lifetime cleaning and atelier care
Bring any piece back to the atelier and we will clean it by hand, gently and only when it is needed, and re-finish it where the design allows — for the life of the piece.
Lifetime warranty on manufacturing defects
If a piece fails through a fault in how it was made, we repair or replace it for the life of the piece. This does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, loss, or unauthorized alteration outside our atelier.
Thirty-day returns, no fee
Ready-made pieces may be returned within 30 days for a full refund, with no fee, or exchanged. Custom and engraved pieces cannot be returned, but stay covered against defects. Where EU law applies, your 14-day statutory right to cancel is preserved.
